So I'm a 27yo female and I've never had an STI. Ive suffered with thrush and chaffage every so often but nothing more than that.
On Wednesday night I shaved then I had some rough oral sex with my BF (long term) and I woke on Wednesday morning with a raw bit of skin around my labia, I initially thought it was a bite from him. It was burning sensation to touch and made my eyes water.
Thursday night attempt oral again but it was agony due to the saliva and the open crack. Friday Morning I was in bits with tenderness so being away from home for work I just used nappy rash cream to calm it so I could work. The sores were bright read at this point with no head, more like scabs. Photo attached of this but the whiteness is not part of the condition it's just the residue of the cream I hadn't removed before the pic.
The worst of this is over and now all is left is what feels like ulcers with a burning sensation when they rub. But I can easily touch it now and apply cream and also urinate without an issue.
On a side note I've an infected cut and a sore throat.
Any recommendations on what this is? I could visit the sexual health clinic if I need too but it's hard to get appointments around here as we're very remote.

unfortunately, to me this looks like herpes. BUT i am not an expert and it could be sores from a yeast infection which can happen! so please dont freak out, get them swabbed while they are still present!
