It looks lovely! a far cry from what wards used to look like isn't it? I came out of THR last week and mine was great too. I think having a room of your own really helps! have you had you op yet?
And I thought you had gone in for an op lol, it's lovely what a great view........
Will be thinking of you today, all the best it will soon be over Love Gill xxx
hi Lynne
Wow - and enjoy!
Coming back from New York on aconference a few years ago, my seat was double booked and i was 'bumped up' to club class. As Mumsy says, another world, tho you probably were not given any champers!

Well I'm sitting here in my sexy disposable nightie, and one sexy sock on the left leg, nurse said she won't put the right one on as they always lose them in theatre
, had my lovely antiseptic shower, now waiting for my pre meds, just watching this morning, I'm supposed to go down at 3pm, so I'll be back on later with the update, thanks to all my hippy pals out there for all your support ![]()
we're all here for you, watching the time for it to be all over anyour up and about again xx
Are these pictures from your trip?
no that's my hospital room and view x
Now that is a greaqt room. I prefer a room on my own if I can get one. They usually keep them for folks with infections now. But after my last experience on the ward I ahve asked if there is any chance of having a room on my own and they said they will try.
Great shots Lynne and hope evertything goes well for you today x
By the time you read this it will be OVER!!!! And you will be on the road upwards to better times. Let it flow and swim with the river so to speak - I am day 6 of mine and I DO feel better than I did - It does come

WHOAHO - Well done you - so glad it is over for you!! I had shivers too - I didn't know it was normal! live and learn. Now your recovery starts Nd you will be FINE. I am 6 days in now and feel SOOOO much better than when I first started posting on here about 3 days ago. When I came home on day 3 I thought I would never walk again - RUBBISH - we break and we mend. lots of water, good food, sleep, rest and pleasure - and do the exercises - they get easier day by day - it isn't a breeze but it does get easier. Everyone is different but I am delighted the opmis out of the way - let the healing begin![]()
Well it was best off and out then! Now you will have a piece of Galaxy ![]()
How on earth did you see that?????
Welcome back my lovely friend, so glas it's all over for you, now rest and do as your told and start recuperating.... bit at a time. Love and Hugs Gill xxxxx
