The doctor said nothing to worry about, but I think this could be a type of HPV? Herpes swabs test came back negative. I appreciate all answer, thank you it was barely visible to naked eyes but with 10x zoom in that's how it looks.

so does anyone know what are those? They are completely painless and not itchy, they seem pretty flat.

just an update for the picture from another angle. this time it appears to be more shiny and pearl shaped ? Does anyone what are these? thank you 
