(Pictures) Rash looking patches near urethra opening, what should I do

This problem has persisted for over a few months now and I’m not sure of what to do.

I am sexually active (always with condom) and am unsure if it is an STD or if it is common in sexually active people.

It does not hurt nor irritate me, no pain when I pee and I’ve noticed that it becomes more apparent after a little me time.

Is it a cause for concern?

Do you wash your penis with soap when showering?

Same exact thing dude , had for months. But it clears up hours after i clean it with water. Also notice after peeing
