It sounds a bit like morgellons. Not youe typical lymes symptoms.
I have the crawling sensation, hair loss and others similar to your other symptoms, also lumps on my scalp like you but not all the time. I have been diagnosed with Lyme by 2 different labs. You need to see a LLMD to see if they can diagnose you from symptoms and/or testing. Lyme is involved in other bodily functions, gut, thyroid to name just 2.
Have you seen a dermatologist yet?
The other things you describe I too have. Do you feel depressed?
MY GP agrees with dermatologist that it;s excema.
Get tested for Lyme disease. It seems some tests are not always totally reliable.
Keep on until you get the answers you want. Don't give up.
There are Doctors in London and Manchester( if you live anywhere near there) and a clinic in Hemel Hempstead.who are experts. Probably a lot more around too if one can afford it.
Boost your immune system .
Do things you enjoy doing as a peaceful mind helps the immune system.

ask dermatogist t o do a skin scrape or skin biopsy.
It could be caused by mite. seems something is biting you. Try
washing hair in neem oil and sulphur soap. Let soap stay on for couple of minutes before rinsing. Dry with hair dryer.
Well if you are not satisfied with your treatment then change your doctor and do take good diet.
