On the pill and had been taking antibiotics for a uti so I decided after my bleed to start using condoms again as sex and semen increase chances of getting a uti in the first place - all is fine untill I started getting weird symptoms. My boobs are tender and sore and my nipples are red and sensitive, I also had weeks + worth of strange stomache pains and feeling bloated. I've took like 5 tests all days apart and always in the morning (all negative). I however since my last bleed have not had sex without a condom plus I take my pill like clockwork so realistically i shouldn't be pregnant. I don't know what these symptoms could be tho? As i have been taking my pill for almost a year now so all side effects should already have shown up? Does anyone else know what this could be it been or been through something similar? I would really appreciate the help as I'm extremely anxious about all of this and not sure what to do.
i would go to your obgyn or doctor have them do urine test to make sure you’re uti is gone and the antibiotics didnt cause a yeast infection im sure you aren’t pregnant if a condom was used unless there was a tear or something like that. and have them exam your breast for cancer but you can do alittle massage yourself and feel for lumps with two fingers on the sides
i have been on birthcontrol for about a year too and had similar symptoms. im sure its just from hormones… you can always talk to your doctor about changing your pill if youre having severe symptoms
