Looking for recommendations on pillows that help with neck pain. I love to sleep on my stomach but I know I shouldn't do that, hard to stop, but I'll do it. Would love to hear what pillow has helped you!
I have spondylitis and my neck is very much affected now. I cannot lay my head on a pillow that is too high because it just hurts my neck and spine too much. I like the contour memory form pillow that I found at a discount store for 11.00. It's designed for neck and head support. It's called "purepedic contour memory form pillow". I also like the small microbeaded pillows because they lay flat and cradle my neck. Anyway, hope that helps.
