I'm finding that sleeping is more challenging these days .. not an uncommon complaint, I'm sure! Lately, I'm waking to lots of migraine (starts) and neck pain. I suspect my pillow is a part of it and would love hearing what works for any of you. Even cooler sheets, perhaps? Looking for any ways of relief that are possible to relieve Feel like a cuckoo bird these days! Thanks in advance! (on a side note, my apologies if this has been listed before - I can't seem to search specifics in this forum without pulling up every forum - suggestions there more than welcome, too!) Solid sisterhood in this forum .. and a Godsend to say the least <3

I use a gusseted feather pillow by cuddledown. Expensive, but worth it. I use one pillow (the overfill one). Anything else and I will wake up with bad neck and headache.
Also, don’t lay on the couch to watch TV, this will mess with your neck as well.
I spent a year with bad headaches and neck problems, MRI’s were all normal, and this pillow has been a godsend.
I havent slept well in over 14 years. Lot's issues besides meno. Any way, I know it's not an every day option for most of us, but I bought a new Sealey Hybrid Tempurpedic mattress with an adjustable frame so I can raise my head to where I need it on any given day. But what helps me no matter what kind of bed (vacation, visiting family, etc my pillow goes every where with me lol) is my Lux Living Coconut Bliss Pillow. This pillow is beyond amazing! It's very expensive though, but I'd buy 50 of these over any other. Amazon has them (I bought mine the same day I bought my bed at the store) and I'm getting a couple more eventually. I've had it almost 2 yrs now and its not once lost it's shape and i love the smell of coconut when I lay my head on it. When I do get a decent nights sleep, I never wake up with a neck ache or a head ache. I'd insert a link to them but the mods might not approve it.
