Adding the image of my wound 8.5 weeks post op. Is the wound healing as expected? Is it slow for 8.5 weeks

I'm 14 weeks post surgery and in my nurses eyes I'm "healed" but it keeps splitting and worries me so much but they don't seem to care, so Its up to me to apply cavilon cream and a small bit of aquacell
