I have recently had sex with a new partner with out protection and a day or so later I started to get these pimples and blisters covering my vagina lips, they aren't clustered like herpes they are individual (mostly pimples then blisters) they usually become irritated and become very itchy, becomes irritated when i mess with it leaving my vagina with dry skin. When I squeze them its a white puss or clear liquid, also they start to scab and if i pick them it has one or two ingrown hairs underneath it. Using soap burns and I'm not sure what it could be, I had had gonorrhea and bv in the past. I also looked up herpes and genital warts but to me they don't look like what I have but I could be wrong. Please give me an idea of what it possibly could be or how to calm my irritations when it begans to itch. Could it just be vaginal acne? Here are some images.
You looked like u recently shaved. These look like razor bumps and sound like razor bumps from the description. But it's rare for you to have that many at one time. I would surley go to a doctor asap, also tell you partner what's going on to

There doesn't seem to be any scabbing, or signs of discharge could you have waited longer than usual to shave this has happened to my cousin I don't recall itching for more than a day or so but see your ob just to be safe ask your partner if he has symptoms characteristics like yours
