i just realized yesterday a weird irritation feeling by my vagina opening. I showered then took some photos, it looks like a pimple like bump where my vagina opening is! It's irritating and just a little itchy by the opening but i haven't scratched or any of that. . I have a slight smell but nothing crazy. Does this look like a STD?!?! I'm freaking out a bit, have an appt for today just wanted some feedback or experiences from similar situations. On 6/11 I was operated on for an ectopic pregnancy, I wasn't examined for any STD's though. just so nervous because we plan on continuing to try in the next two months. thanks in advance for any advice!
You can get pimples on your labia, and it does look like one since it has a white head. The labia minora has sebaceous ducts which produce mucus and produce a scent. If these little ducts get plugged a pimple will form. When you say you have a slight smell what is it comparable to? Is it from the inside of your Vaginas or the scent of vaginal fluids and urine that is trapped between them?
