I've been concern over this for the past year, I see that I have these pimple like spots on the upper portion of my penis shaft and I don't know what it is. They're not painfully, itchy or irritating however it leaves me concerned. I'm a 18 virgin and it's unexplainable that I'm scared and lost. If anyone would please help me, thank you.

I honestly don't know. I was never diagnosed with it once I do my blood test.
I don't think so. I would get tested anyway because it was always good to know.
But are you sure it's HSV 1
It could be that you had a cold sore and touched your penis and spread it to your genitals but I'm not 100% on your diagnosis. You should go to the doctor and have him/her take a look at it that's the only way to know anything for sure.
But the thing is I never had a cold sore as far as I know. Ive had pimples acne on my fave but that's all.
As I already replied elsewhere, if you have had no sexual interactions involving your genitals, then it is extremely unlikely to be herpes, but go to a doctor anyway to have it looked at, since you're clearly so concerned.
