hi, the lump on my penis hurts to touch. i tried popping and now its hurting without touching.. please someone help me, im 16 and the last time i had sex with someone was october 31st 2020
anyone have an idea of what this is? and how to get rid of it? thanks.

When there is only 1 lump this would suggest it is not a major problem such as an STI / STD
Most likely it is something that has developed naturally such as a fordyce spot - you may have others that look smaller than this one … ?
The other typical causes are a blocked skin pore, infected sebaceous gland, or potentially an ingrown hair - for these get some liquid antiseptic for treating cuts, grazes and insect bites of the skin - check instructions and apply 3 or 4 times a day for up to 4 days. If it is one of these causes it will reduce in size after 2 to 3 days - if not it is more likely to be a fordyce spot that you have tried to pop.
