his summer) and both tests were negative. The pimple never turns into a blister and it doesn't hurt, but I can feel the sensation that something is there. The weird thing is is that it always comes back in the spot. I've never had a cold sore in my life, and since I've had 2 negative herpes tests I'm wondering if it could be some sort of skin condition? The first pic is the small pimple, the second one is after the pimple is popped. Should I be concerned?
