how would i know if this is herpes or a pimple . doubt it is herpes as i havent had any unprotected sexual actviity but just wanted to double check
is it painful? it does look like in grown hairs. however be cautioned that you can still get herpes through unprotected sex. it is spread through skin to skin contact, not fluids

it just looks like an ingrown hair. i know that it goes against social norms but you really shouldnt shave. since herpes is spread via skin to skin contact rather than through fluids, pubic hair actually provides protection from herpes. Just two cents from someone who learned the hard way
