Since the last 5-6 months, I have been getting red/white pimples on my scrotum area. They last for a long time and leave purplish marks after. Before I thought these are due to me shaving in that area - have stopped that, but these spots keep appearing. They are not painful but discomforting when touched. Can someone please help - pictures below:
