Around a month ago a few pimples appeared on my labia majora (red but flat, no pus, definitely not blisters; they caused a slight discomfort but I wouldn't say they were itchy or burning). I thought it was because of the dry skin I was dealing with. I put some baby cream used for diaper rash and they were not visible the next day when I checked.
What is worrying me is that they randomly appear for a day or two without ANY other symptoms (actually, appear probably 4-5 days after shaving) on the exact same spot as you will see on the picture. They don't get bigger or grow in number (only 2-3)... but it's just annoying. Any guess what might be causing them? What do they look like to you?
Note: I've had a boyfriend for two years. We usually have protected sex, but there were times when we haven't used a condom especially when my skin is extremely dry down there (it makes it worse unfortunately). He hasn't had any symptoms or complaints, not only recently but for these 2 years.
