Pimples on penis?

i think i have pimples on my penis. i havent had sex in a long time but i keep seeing them more and more and it seems concerning

please help, i have not been tested and those have been noticed more recently and i havent had sex in like 4 months and i had oral but partner was clean and then we had protected sex. i feel like they have been there for a long time but not sure so if someone could help me out please

Doesnt look like something serious to me or im blind and not see issue properly. Might be mild form of balanitis or just natural look of your glans.
Perhaps giving us information on what do you use to wash your glans and similar hygiene stuff might help provide you with better answer.

i use normal body wash, i try to shower if not every day at least every other day, sometimes dont shower after activity

Does it appear to be dry? Use just warm water to wash your glans or medical soap which will hydrate it a bit, you can also apply some panthenol cream on it and see if it will change.
Doesnt look like anything serious, might even be natural appearance of your glans.
