Pimples on Penis

hello I recent found 2 pimples on my penile shaft. 1 looks like it bust and the other is forming. I am sexually active and do masturabate . what could this be and how do I get rid of this. ?

the one that is covered by the bandaid has been like that for almost a week. Ive applied vaseline and cleaned it with alcohol. I just started using neosporin as well. any advice would help.

looks like STD. Get checked soon

I got checked out yesterday and tested. It isnt a STD thankfully! Dr. said basically its just pimples and there isnt anything to worry about.
