does anyone know what are these?
Mike this is very common on the penis, what you need to do is try to be 100% clean in the are, so this is what I call the broader perspective on penile hygiene: remove all fluids emitted from the penis, including urine, semen and pre-ejaculate - if you pretty much eliminate the regular presence of these then the skin will very slowly begin to return to it’s natural state.
The second part of the process is eliminating as far as possible contact with any and all forms of body wash including soap and shower gel, the only ‘safe’ thing for the sensitive skin on the head of the penis is water, so along with cleaning away ANY presence of fluids emitted from the penis you need to minimise body cleanser contact with the skin. When you do wash or shower the other essential is making sure the skin is 100% dry, as the presence of any moisture in the area on a regular basis can be sufficient to be quite a severe irritant.
Even if you put in place all the ‘good stuff’ for 4, 5 or even 6 months you may not notice a great deal of difference, it is the consistent lack of any potential irritant over the longer period that will help the skin recover to what it used to be …
