Pin Came Out

I had hammer toe and bunion surgery on June 14
Today is july 9 and the pin came out during the night.

my next appointment is July 21 for x-ray and possible removal of the pin.

i will call the doctor when the office opens but I was wondering if this had happened to others and what happens now

I would let the doctor know but maybe it was just ready to come out? I had so much pain relief when the doctor took the pin out.Still lots of swelling though
