I am a 20 year old uncircumcised male and haven’t had any sexual intercourse or sexual relations for 18 months. A few months ago I noticed this pink patch on my penis and it wont go away. It isn’t painful or sore but it is not pretty to look at and would like some advice on what it could be. When there are available doctors appointments I plan to get it checked out but would like some advice before then.
Okay, so first off pigmentation change on the genitals is very common - that may not be what you have going on however.
I wonder whether the skin feels any different with the pad of a finger where the patch is compared to what is surrounding it?
I suspect the health of your skin at the top of your shaft and on your foreskin is not particularly good - could you post several photos in clear daylight or sunshine showing the area where the patch is - at least one with your foreskin fully drawn down the shaft of your penis towards your body would be most helpful
