I have been having this pinkish/red rash on my glans for quite some time some days it will look totally fine and other days it will look really red like if you scratch your skin really hard.
I don’t know what to do about it i been to urologist and dermatologist and none of them could give me an answer and just said its minor problem and nothing to worry about, but im still worrying that i have some kind of LS or LP.
Just for information im circumcised.
A photo or two showing this at its worst would help …

From the images then, it is quite easy to see why the urologist and dermatologist said it was a minor issue. It is certainly not LS or LP as the symptoms would look radically different to this.
It would be my suggestion that the main issue you have is likely to be due to years of exposure to everyday chemicals such as those in soap and shower gel and suchlike. When men have this issue what can make the symptoms worse is when they frequently masturbate, or / and have regular sex, particularly rough or extended sex sessions. Does either of these fit when you notice your symptoms are at their worst?
Many men use some form when masturbating or for sex and depending on the chemical content these too can cause a skin issue on the sensitive skin of the head of the penis.
I will include my penile hygiene protocol below, obviously the comment on drawing the foreskin forward would not apply to you, but as you don’t seem to have a radical circumcision you may be able to partially cover the head of the penis when your penis is completely flaccid. In the mean time abstain from applying anything at all to your penis - wash the head / glans with water only, dry 100% immediately afterwards by patting dry with a towel, draw your foreskin as far forward as you can each time you shower to protect the head, once you have thoroughly rinsed everything off, expose the head of your penis and rub with the inside of your hand only. Don’t apply any Lubes, Baby Oil, Moisturiser or Skin Creams / Lotions to it. If you are sexually active, or Masturbate, clear away any fluids from the entire surface of the head of your penis as soon as you can. You may need to be vigilant and check for several hours after you have ejaculated to see if any further pre-ejaculate or semen reaches the head of your penis. If you use condoms regularly try doing without the need to use them for a few weeks.
