Hi all,
I recently found spots on my penis (Photos attached).
The Doctor advised these were Pearly Papule spots. I am unsure though as I thought these only appeared under the head of the penis? Can somebody give me some reassurance or advice? I last had sex 4 months ago and these spots appeared maybe 3 months after? There is no pain or discomfort. I stupidly tried to pop one of them and a very tiny white substance came out without any pain. The spot did not go and just went back to its normal state. These spots are dome shaped
could be molluscum contagium
I Did think this also. 
those are clearly not PPP, which ever DR advised that needs reporting to the board and investigating. it look to me like you have molluscum contagiousum.
