Hello. For a few months, I've had these pinkish spots on my penis. What could they be and what should I do about them? They don't hurt or itch. If it's relevant, I am 18 and I haven't become sexually active yet.

it could be ringworm. get it checked.

did you get any diagnosis on this?? I have the same exact spots and my primary care wasn't sure exactly what they were.
It's Annular Lichen Planus, book an appointment to a GOOD dermatologist and check for some steroid cream.
