HI just wondering g does anyone one get temple pains, heavy feeling in temples, plus pins and needles on lips also a square block that flashes in one eye about twice a month, I am 58, it sounds like migraine to me, what would be best treatment, already on propranolol 20mg thanks
could be migraine, could be anxiety and stress. Have you had a check up lately with your doctor? Also have you had an eye exam? Those would be your first best steps.
Nobody on here can tell you what the best treatment is. That would be up to your doctors after you have been examined and the doctor comes up with a diagnosis.
