Hi guys been having pins and needles in my face during the evening, also blocked nose and sore throat. Tonight my ear feels like it needs to pop. Keep getting dizzy as well when I stand up.
Could be an infection in your sinuses or middle ear. Do you get pins and needles in your face a lot? This is an unusual effect because it means the blood supply is cut off to the area and if it continues or worsens you should see a doctor. I wonder if you really mean tingling.
In fact if any of your symptoms get worse do see a doctor but it may pass without too many problems. Take Ibuprofen for couple of days
