Hi,
Pins & needles and numbness in my left leg started a while back,
Had bloods, NCS & mri lower back...all clear...dr said refer to neurologist
But I said it was easing so see how it goes.
Leg settled, but over last week or so has been going numb & pins needles again...
Since yesterday morning I have been feeling dizzy-lighteheaded
And in night when wake, loose my balance a bit walking out of bedroom, as in bit wobbly....
Dont like to bother dr too much...
Any thoughts?
Bother the doctor 
. Go see the Neurologist. Thats what they are there for.
If its bothering you enough to get you to write it here then get it checked out.
It may just be a pinched nerve somewhere. Something simple they can fix.
Ps i always lose my balance during the night. I have to hold onto the walls to walk to the toilet. I think thats pretty normal for me though
Let us know how you go at the docs
5 days til i see the neuro and counting
its possible just muscle cramps Add a bit of salt to your diet and it should go away.
