So guys we have all read some horror stories about the lies they write in there reports ! So i was wondering if it falls under the catogory of falsifying documents. If they are lying on public documents then they are commiting a crime ! I for one will be pressing charges if my assesment is not as it should be !! Here is the definition of falsifying documents
“Falsifying documents” is a type of white collar crime. It involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deceiving another person. It can also involve the passing along of copies of documents that are known to be false. In many states, falsifying a document is a crime punishable as a felony.
So if they are modifying it for the DWP descion maker then surely its against the law ??
Personally i dont think they are falsifying documents i only gave them my perception to what medications im taking and after my f2f my doctor filled them in on medical history. Its all comes down to what gets said when they contact the doctors etc and If your doctor dont 100% back up everything you say then your not likely to get awarded it or youll get award it but only the standard rate.
I would agree 100% they said in my report that I'm able to go job Center every week although I'm in Esa and been job Center 5 times in two years, they said I drive to local shop, were as my nearest shop is Asda, they said I have normal movement in both feet, yet I wear a brace for having a dropped foot, and she said I took my coat of yet I was wearing hand and wrist brace as I have tennis elbow, then she said I took my scarf and hat of and stated that I look well, good complex and I have nice tidy hair style, which is funny as I've had allapecia for 20 years, I'm completely bald ???? And because I said I can drive she assumed that I drive, yet I've not driven for weeks befor my assessment, so on that basis I'm going to tribunal, I've just been diagnosed with hyphathyroudism and rang them to tell them if new disability and now they send me new form to complete, yet I only wanted to tell them if more medication,, so I can use new condition in tribunal, but yes it is a crime and the stoa assesses should be prosecuted
Hi Toni well i have heard so many things people are saying they put information on there computers about people doing things or saying things and it actually has not happened. When people have asked for a copy of there reports to appeal they see exactly what has been said and the amount of lies they tell is the reason why so many people are being not awarded what they should. Infact there are many people on this forum that have had this happen to them. Also as far as contacting your GP they don't bother that is up to the claimant to provide evidence and in a lot of cases they don't even look at it anyway ! I am under no illusions that my home assesment will be stress free but i will be fully prepared and i will not be sitting back if they try and lie and twist what i have told them. To many people are to stressed and traumatised to go through the appeal process however i will fight them tooth and nail if need be. Fingers crossed hopefully it will not come to that
Dont no were that came from as they contacted my doctor which is why i got awarded it and from personal experience home visit dont always go well i had one few years back for a different benefit and i got accused of lying. this time as i claimed for pip instead i opped to go to them and the lady i saw got to see for her self how much pain going anywhere puts me in think the facted when she asked me to stand up from a sitting position and my hip gave way on me kind of helped as she got see to whats it like every day for me. Thanks Chris for confirming what i said. It is discusting that they can get away with this ! I hope you win your appeal and maybe you should consider pressing charges. I think it is time to take a stand and make an example out of someone. Hopefully this will make them think twice about the disgusting and slanderous things they write !!!
I have no qualms about outing these people. Someone needs to answer for all the stress and strains that ATOS and CAPITA put on the disabled people that claim benefits. No one wants to admit to themselves they need help or admit that they maybe a burden on the people who look after them and for these people to come along and humilate them by saying they have said and done things that they have not or are not capable of doing is a bloody disgrace. Makes so mad arghhh
Even tho I'm going to appeal I've still contacted them again just to make them aware of my under active thyroid so they can increase my award or leave it as it is, or even remove , which they can not do, so what ever there out come I can then use it in tribunal, also I've just had Esa f2f and got full points in both mobility and care and put in support group, the doctor that assessed me was disgusted with atos and he has given me his report to use against atos in tribunal
Hi Toni. It's nothing to do with what vying doctor says. I had been diagnosed with MS and it effects me in various ways. The assessor lied and took it upon herself to say I could do things I can't. Reason for putting in MR and mum sent a letter saying the assessor lied as she was with me. They are doing it so the DWP can stop making payments.

I'm same ket I have stage 3 copd and emphysema they took me of high mobility to standard and removed my care,???? Yet they gave me award ongoing next review 2017 full system is fixed and pure lies
That's great news Chris. Use it. I was put into ESA support group 3 years ago and mine will be up for review soon. Although i did not see the original report i must have scored highly to be put in it in the first place. I am worse health wise than i was 3 yrs ago so i should not have any problems but you just do not know with these clowns !
