So i sent in to pip my esa medical report and didnt hear from them until i got a call saying they were sending me a how your condition affects you form this was 3 weeks later i have rang today cus still havent received the form

The lady said well we wont send another form out give it another week then ring back.

Point is guess cus they have sent a form means i got to have another assesment which was nerve wracking last time.

As anyone sent a form in and not had an assesment.

Sounds about par for course Dawn. This outright malicious negligence really needs someone to make this a legal case. I can't believe that Physios can get away with claiming they perform medicals.

I have an appointment with a counsellor tomorrow who hopefully will put me on course to appeal the whole stinking caboodle.

Hi dawn82680.                                                                                                                                  I"m hearing of quite a few people sending PIP their ESA results. Don"t think it has any pulling power though. PIP seem to do their own assessments. So it"s most certainly going to be another grilling by them. Three weeks waiting for a form is nuts, probably four weeks by the time you get it. All adds to the worry. Take care.

Hi dawn I just felt I had to reply to this as this happened with me although it was not pip it was esa and I was told a esa 50 had been sent out in the post 2 weeks later it had not arrived and they suspended my esa I had phoned them just the day before they suspended it to inform them I had not received the esa50 form and was told they would not send another it is now 3 months down the line my money remains suspended and I have just recently had a face to face assessment with a top now I will await the outcome of this I wish you look With yours x

They said they had sent a form out but i didnt get it then they said they had resent it im worried if i dont get it will they stop my pip because of the time frame.

And also i got so fed up of waiting for form i felt like asking them to retract my claim for change of circumstance but didnt know wether this would alter my original claim

I tried to post a link to the online ESA50 form Dawn but it got eaten by the moderator machine. Do a Google search and you will see it.

I can't say with pip hun but as I said they stop my esa they said it was because I hasn't sent the completed esa50 back but I could not as I did not receive it x
