Called today to chase told now face to face as changed on 20/07/17 and don't know y?

I'm sorry but i don't quite understand your question.

Most people have to have a face 2 face assessment for PIP. It's very rare to have a paper based decision.

The PIP assessment is usually f to f. Was there a reason for a paper based one. As I've never known this happen. XxX
