PIP Entitlement.

I have approximately 90% damage to both eyes caused by glaucoma. I had to give in my driving licence last year and have had 2 operations this year which have thankfully both been successful thus saving what sight I have. Pressure back to normal in both eyes!

Just wondered if others here have had success in claiming PIP and how they found the interview experience. Mine is next week and feel rather nervous about it. Any tips please?

What treatment did you have to reverse 90% glaucoma?

yes exactly let us how you recover your ost vision m 23 n lost alomsot 90% of my vision help us

I've answered this twice but my posts got deleted by moderators because I provided a link.

You cannot reverse damage but further damage can be prevented by having glaucoma "drains" fitted through surgery as I have had in both eyes. Im cerfainly no expert but I undedstand they provide physical means of draining excess fluid and therefore reduce pressure in eyes to normal. Both my eyes are down to normal since surgery! Google glaucoma drains for more details. Hope this helps, good luck!
