Hi I had my decision within a week. But depends on whether there is a back log.

Hi Teadow,

the time varies depending on where you live, some people have waited quite a long time, I waited about 4 weeks for my decision, I live in Devon. Give it a few days, then ring thw DWP for a copy of the assessment report, which will give you an idea of how the assessor scored you. Let us know how you get on.

As others have said it totally depends on the backlog. Ring DWP and ask for a copy of the assessment report. This will give you some idea on what the decision will be. Mostly the decision maker goes with what's written on the report. Having this will also help if you have to go down the appeal route.

Hi I had my tribuneral on the17 th July and I revived the letter on the Wednesday telling me I had got my pip so it will happen

Yours was a Tribunal, Teadow has just had the face 2 face assessment and awaiting decision from that. Hopefully the appeal won't be needed here.
