i got phone call from pip yesterday as i posted asking me for bank details corrext  they said i get letter in about ten days stating wat im getting each week when would i recieve backpay apriate reply

Is this your first claim of DLA or PIP that will make a difference.

it doesn't take long you should have backdated payment in bank next week keep checking bank because money will be in the bank before you receive the letter normally takes 3 working days to hit the bank so just keep checking hun glad you won x

Do you mind me asking what is a tribunal? I suffer really bad with aniexty and can't face leaving the house, I have heard you have to go to court?

yes it is a court normally held at your local court house x

Try not to worry, its better to face each obstacle as you hit it, worrying want make the outcome change but will make you feel worse.

Thanks both for your replys. I've not got to the tribunal stage as of yet. I need to make an appeal first. But i am just dreading having to leave the house, or not being able to receive pip as I can't leave.
