back to pip reviews ?it seems a bit daft that on a review you have another ftof when you concider docters and consultants are more qualified to state youer health than some retired nurse or midwife or other retired profesinol i am pretty sure my doctor knows how long i might live were as noone else does ??so i asked dwp and capita how can i be fit for work if my heart does not pump enough blood round my body and it makes me feel faint all the time and why my lungs do not give me enough air will the to face confirm that ??ANSWER it is an opinion not a medical ???????okay i said the decision maker works in office not a hospital and are not medicaly qualified am i correct yes you are???so i said good i look forward to getting max points on both parts ???it was stated decision not made yet NOW i wonder what they will now do
Hi,
PIP isn't about being fit for work because people claim PIP and work. You cant be found fit for work after a PIP assessment. PIP is extra money to help people that have a disability.
You seem very angry and i really hope that attitude doesn't go against you. I know these reviews and assessments are very stressful, everyone feels the same but you still have to treat people with respect.
I wish you goodluck with your PIP review and hope you get the decision that's right for you. If not, then MR and Tribunal are your next steps.
firstly pip is awarded if you are in the support group for unemployment pip acessment is done if you lose it because you can pic up a bit of paper or move arms or legs or indeed breath in the eyes of person checking you then you will find pip removed then you get an acesment request from dwp for unemployment they will and do use pip as a guide so you have a 90percent chance of loseing the lot and then have to reapply again
There's lots of people that have PIP awards, for your info. The reason why you mostly only read the bad stoires is because no one posts any questions if they've had the award they're happy with. There's people on here that currently have PIP awards which i'm sure they'll verify i'm correct.
Hi Chris been on about this for months having same prob my self had a bad stroke high blood pressure get pip doctor signed me sick till April but had f2f about esa and universal credit and they stopped my money saying i am fit for work still get my pip it's the dwp just go with whatever they say not bothered how you feel you can see why people get sick off fighting it
yes sory to hear that they stoped youer benifits flower ? lots and lots lose pip then suddenly lose all benifits i spend a lot of time argueing with dwp who seem to be of the idea if you breath you can work i wont bow to idiots no matter who they are unless you fight them you lose no need for tribunals as some claim if they think you will creat a problem for them they back down
for youer info i never aplyed for pip only esasupport group i then had a phone call from pip pointing out i was entitled to pip which they sent me ???maybe its because im very akward and do not say please i put them in a position were they have no choice but do it properly it works regardless for me and others dwp do not have to tell you anything as british person but if you know the game they are far less likely to refuse or ignor docters consultants views
