yes you can, but only once. I changed mine from almost 40 miles away to 10 minutes down the road. I looked online for the nearest place to me and then my husband rang them. Good luck
Sukes is right. Most letters sent out for these f2f assessments are computer generated so it's most likely that people will be given as appointment far from home. When you do ring please make 100% sure your son can attend before accepting the different time and place because like sukes said you can only change it once.
