Will it affect my wifes PIPs allowence if I apply and get Attendance Allowance?

No as both of those are none means tested benefits. Attendance Allowance is for those 65 and over and there's no mobility part to it.

As Denise replied Richard, if you get AA it will not affect your wife's PIP.
