Piriformis stretches for sciatica

Has anyone had relief after doing these stretches regularly?

I just started yesterday and want to do them again today as When I was doing them felt some relief but still same old pain today!

Hi, yes, they do work but you need to do them for a couple of weeks, at leasr, regularly. When I've had piriformis syndrome I've used them and myofascial release (MFR) with very good effect. You should keep doing them once the pain settles.

I've done and am doing the stretches, along with using an inversion table. I will probably be doing the stretches or some form of stretching the rest of my life. I've had sciatic/periforms for a year now. I still have pain but I can at least walk now.
