I'm comming back because this little wound I got myself 4 days ago using penis pump is not healing as good as I could expect. place when I had a blood bubble was punctured and sking attached fine.
**Now its swallows** a lot and is red now and surprisingly not in initial place but **near my "penis hole".**
past treatment:
I gave up octenisept because of pain feeling it gave me when applying, tried some baby cream for skin heal but I'm not sure if its right to apply anything or just leave it.
current treatment:
Currently after each urinnating Im washing my penis with women intimate soap (Aqua, Magnesium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, ) but as daus go swalling and red colour seems to stay or even improve a bit

is it good time to go to doctor for some antibiotic, more suitable medication? or is there anything I can do at home? Rivanol could be an option?

The main issue you currently potentially have is that the Meatus (the outlet from the Urethra) has become infected.
Stop using soap after you have urinated, use water ONLY, then dry as carefully as you can with a clean dry towel that ONLY YOU use. The essential is to regularly apply an antiseptic to the wound, and you should use either a liquid, cream or ointment antiseptic - I prefer applying a liquid after I have washed the area and carefully dried it.
