Has anyone besides me noticed joint and tendon pain when using plant sterols? I don’t know if it’s my imagination or not and I would appreciate anyone who has experience with or information about this.
Never had any of there symptoms with plant sterols. If you are on Statins its likely coming from them. Hope you feel better soon.
