I played hockey there last Sunday. Leading up 2 the game I was nervous and when I was getting dressed in the room I started feeling dizziness and that. When I go out on the ice I was OK, sacked because we only had 2 subs on bench.... I went golfing earlier bf hockey and that was fine. Playing hockey was a huge step 4 me as I have not played since March, which isn't normal because of the season and no ice and that but I was almost thinking of not playing this year because of the anxiety I have started getting end of March. I am playing again this Sunday. I have a lot of relatives on my team and I know basically everyone on the team so that helps.
A big step forward and we'll will see how it goes.
Sorry about your anxiety, it can be so dibilitating. I have dealt with it from young adult to middle age. I am ok now because of medication, thank god. Don't let your anxiety get out of control. It can go from bad to worse very fast. If you feel your not getting better, call your family doc. a antidepressent might be the answer.
Yah I'm trying, it's an hour where I can sorta let loose and not let anxiety take over not that it is but you know what I mean... Trying to get back to doing the things I love...
