They don’t look like typical hpv but that doesn’t mean it’s not. Do they go all the way around your anus or just this spot. I think you should see a doctor.

I went to the doctor and the diagnosis was molluscum contagiosum. I got some meds and was told it was not dangerous but I will forever live with it.
I’m glad you got answers just be careful with molluscum it likes spread everywhere.
