the first time i noticed them was in 2015 but they were small this is because i had developed what my nurse identified as yeast infections, the problem now is that it wont go away and i have a lot of white discharge coming out from time to time, using medication for yeast infection yes the symptoms go down but in less than two months it all comes back. please assist me with identifying what this is
