ive had these lumps come up on friday, they have got worse he pain is unbearable they are so sore and inflamed. More spots are coming up by the day - ive also been in bed all day with flu like symptoms too. i have doctors tomorrow but im completly freaking out. 
can anyone help? i never thought it would be possible for me to get these as ive only ever had 3 sexual partners - 2 which were long relationships.
please see a doctor. to get it swabbed/culture. it could be.
