Please can someone tell me of this looks like herpes?!?

so I recently had sex with this guy and we didn’t use lube so it was a little painful for me and the same week I had sex with him it would burn when i urinate my vagina became very itchy and then I noticed these white bumps on my vagina that are painful. Does it seem like I would have herpes?

please help!

It’s possible they are herpes sore and a yeast infection. You need to get it swabbed.
