So, the Dermatologist is the one to help you with the health of your penile skin. Are you currently applying any creams or anything else to your penis?
Have you seen a Urologist at all? While skin health and the presence of pain can be linked they are not usually - the Urologist should be able to resolve the pain issues.
Are you regularly sexually active … ? at the moment I mean …
thank you for your response. l’ve seen a urologist and and they said they couldnt see anything wrong. They look inside and did tests. l’ve had a skin biopsy and the dem doctor said that came back fine. He has said it is most likely a condition of irritation caused by an unknown source. ??? I have had tried all the creams with no look. ive tried days were i use nothing. ive put a little bit of oilatum cream on today as the stinging was bad. I’m married so have sex regular. I do masterbate lots but have stopped that over the last week. This all seem to start 5 years ago.
So if this started around 5 years ago or so I can fully appreciate this is an very annoying ongoing situation to have to deal with. The medical specialist you have seen should have been able to find a solution to what the actual cause of this is.
Certainly the burning sensations you have do not make sense, and, obviously, there would normally be a physical cause of this.
However, you do not say how frequently you have sex - in addition, burning sensations can often be the result that follows ejaculation. Therefore, if you were masturbating and ejaculating several times a day it is possible that although the cause of the pain was not present throughout the day what the mind can do is trick you into thinking that the burning is consistently present.
So, the thing to do is take a complete masturbation holiday - this will also be very dependant on how frequently you have sex with your parter and ejaculate - but what you need to do is strictly limit that amount of times a week you are ejaculating.
For example, many couples have periods of time where they satisfy each other sexually but this is not taken to the point of ejaculation - so one of the things you can do is purely focus on giving your partner sexual pleasuring and be satisfied that this is what you have been able to do for them.
The only things that are safe to apply to skin of the foreskin and on the head of the penis are natural plant products, particularly Liquid Coconut Oil or SHEA butter. All that is required is a very light coating and you can apply this every other day, best time is immediately after a shower.
If you happen to use condoms - you don’t mention this - but you cannot use the SHEA or the coconut oil as a lube if you are using condoms, if no condoms, than again the oil can be used as a lube.
In addition, only EVER wash your penis with water and make sure you remove all traces of moisture after a shower or washing - this applies after each time you are sexually aroused or ejaculate - you must clean up immediately afterwards, then wash and completely dry …
thank you for your response. i do masterbate a lot and have probably done damage over the years. using penis rings and toys. i do have this coconut oil. i have been using oilatum cream which stings at first but seems to help i little after. i get the feeling it is also somethings in the inner thigh. might be in my head ???
