i have recently lost my virginity last month @ 23 and was doing a little inspection on myself today and noticed these clusters.. they are sensitive to the touch but dont itch or leak.. Im worried about herpes or is this just swollen papillae? please help.
They look like vestibular papillomastitis which is harmless and doesnt need treatment.
