Hello I've been having problems for as long as I can remember. After sex I get a burning feeling in my scrotum which is really painful also my orgasm is more like a tickle no pleasure whatsoever!! After sex my right testicle goes up into my stomach which I need to fix manually into position!! I also tried the cremasteric reflex to see if my testicle would react but it doesn't. And my final problem is being unable to pass urine properly I need to strain hard to empty my bladder. Sometimes my urine flows freely so it doesn't happen in every visit to the bathroom.. I know I'll probably not get any replies but thanks in advance for any help
