i recently had sex with a new partner 7 days ago exactly to this date. about a day or 2 after is when i noticed what looked like just a couple of pimples around my penis. i did not think much of it. ( keep in mind i did clean razor shave my pubic hairs hours before having rough intercourse. she was not clean shaven and i thought it was all due to possibly ittitating the skin. i shaved again on saturday when i saw her again and we had sex again. when i got home sunday morning(4 days ago) i see a bunch of pimples all around my penis. not itchy but tender and super sore. they all seem to have white puss. none are clusters. i have become super nervous because of it. i told my partner about it and she said she has never showed aby signs of anything and she is going to get tested next week but i cant wait. it is now wednesday. i did have some irritation walking but i was still able to workout the last 3 days. i can run and everything so the pain is berable. no trouble urrinating. no flu or loss of appitite or anything. just sore around my genital area. most of my pubic hair had grown back in and im so the pictures arent the best but im hoping to get some help. the pain started around sunday and now wednesday it is almost gone

it looks like folliculitis
i would sure hope so. what are the differences in the 2 though . im having a hard time making a difference
the red bumps dis have white pus a couple of days ago. it looks like they might have bursted over the past few days with my pubic hair coming in
folliculitis are not blisters just blocked haor follicles herpes causes blisters that burst and straw coloured water comes from them they dont leak white white is usually pus from baceria thats gotten under the skin like when u get a whitehead spot
does folliculitis hurt . its been a week since the first time my partner and i had intercourse. my genital area does not hurt anymore. most of the what were pimples are scabbing over and are just red spots. the pain only lasted from about saturday/sunday till wednesday. ive read that if it were a herpes outbreak they would last a couple weeks to a month. to know forsure ive wanted to get tested but ive also read that herpes 2 would not show up on blood work for at least a few weeks to a month or so.
folliculitus can be quite sore but not as sore as what hereps is
not as sore as that it wouldnt hurt me to walk. i was still able to play basketball and go to the gym but would the herp pain not even let me do that?
i actually scheduled a pcr test for saturday and i will have my results by around tuesday. wish me luck!
good luck herpes sores do get quite sore worse than folliculitis some of wst u have seems to be affecting mainly were there is hair follicles which leads me to believe that may be the cause im not sure about the one on the base of the penis but again hair follicles are also present there so its difficult to say 100% which is why its better to have a test and be sure

i dont know if this is due to stress. they were healing great. crusting over and i buzzed my genitals down to a zero last night. i just had worked 2 whole days and i had been sweating alot. there is no pain. a slight tingling and no itch . no headaches or anything. if this were herpes would it be coming up again like this . shouldnt the sores be healing? when the sores first happened last week they all looked like this but there were just more of them. no swollen lymph nodes or anything.
