So I am normally very safe when it comes to sex and will always use a condom. I think i am spiralling with anxiety at the moment. Which is why i need some help with this. I have done a sti test. I am now waiting on the results to come back, however that could be as long as two weeks away. I normally get checked every 3 months or so. However 2 days ago a girl gave me oral, and we didnt use a condom. It was just oral however i am aware it is still very possible to catch something form it. later that day, I think it was as little as a few hours later i was feeling a burning sensation in my leg. Its around the upper leg on my thigh, this made me paranoid very quickly however I didnt think it was possible to get symptoms of something that quick. I still havn't found anything saying it is. I am essentially terrified of me having something like herpes etc. The burning sensation for the most part has stopped however the is a constant ache in my left leg that doesnt seem to let up. So naturally I went to town checking every inch of myself seeing if I found anything out of the ordinary. I have also had little bumps around the rim of my foreskin which i assumed are penile papules, I am aware of the condition and know its nothing to worry about. However I don't know if i am paranoid or what but I don't know if the is a change in the way it looks. I am hoping someone can put my mind to rest a bit because right now this is all i can think about. !

I am have done a sti test, blood and urine sent off to the lab. However it is near impossible at the moment to get a physical appointment, since the i posted this i have noticed a small red mark on the shaft of my penis. Its not painful in anyway. I was stupid and poked it a few times with a pin to see if it hurt or anything came out of it. Nothing but blood which is why i believe it is slightly scabby at the moment. But it may have gone that way itself I don’t know now. I have added a photo of it below. I am hoping to be in a clinic next week i will be calling them everyday asking to be seen

Looks to be healing really nicely - apply a small amount of antiseptic skin cream that should help the healing process …
